All players must be verified to ensure fair play. If a player has a valid SAFA/LFA card showing their name, photo, and date of birth, no further action is required. If not, please download and complete the Player Verification Form, attach a passport-style photo, and have it signed and stamped by the school. The completed form must be uploaded before the tournament. Failure to provide valid age proof may result in disqualification.
